Anyone know if combo strength works like ME3? i.e. primarily dmg is based on the level of the two powers used?

Anyone know if combo strength works like ME3? i.e. primarily dmg is based on the level of the two powers used? No idea but probably because it makes sense and bioware is a fan of recycling things that work. Likely with modifiers against each type of defense.

BE's seem to be far weaker than ME3MP. However, anything you can pull will die when you throw it off the map. my tech combos have been piss weak but i assumed that was bc the powers are still low lvl

I have not noticed any bonus damage against armor for biotic explosions as it were in ME3. Also, biotic explosions don't seem to scale that well with difficulty. The force/stagger is there but damage is not that good. Also, did not notice much scaling with ranks of primer and detonator abilities. There is some increase or so it seems but not as good as ME3. It actually makes sense if everything detonates everything, this is a different game after all. I don't think you can rely on explosions alone to have enough punch.

Kinetisist(?). Last night, pulled the first mook in front of a group of enemies. Throw detonated for BE. Entire group staggered. Krogan Engi flamed the group. I followed with Lance for FE. Enemies ded.

I'm a veteran adept player from ME3. I'll tell ya it doesn't feel like I'm doing much. The CC from singularity is great. But because of.. (It's broken or lag?) Pull doesn't always prime my enemies for combos.

Both tech and biotic combos felt weak... until I got the abilities to 6. Similar to the 6+6 concept in me3, the combos are terrible until both the primer AND the detonator have 6 points allocated in each.
