Hubby just said that Cullen's scene at the lake where he gives you his lucky coin is the best romantic scene he's seen written by DA bioware writers so far. He romanced Morrigan and then Fenris, so this is only his third one. But he says that all the other romance scenes were always tied to killing people or resolving a quest. and this scene was just- them being romantic. Tied to nothing else.

So it's been, what? Just over 4 years? It's taken this long to finally do Cullen's romance, well, okay, get to the locking in point of Cullen's romance (post WEWH), before that I always noped out and back to one of my numerous elves because Solavellan is and always will be my OTP. I appreciate Cullen more now and I'm kinda jelly that you guys got face and head touching, it's very sweet. I'm not sure how easy getting through Trespasser will be for me without instalogging to my egg, but I'll give it a go when the time comes.
