I know I was mostly joking about Cullen lol Oh yeah, I see what you mean. And Bianca being a .... *censored* ... didn't make anyone feel any better about not getting to romance Varric. Though I think Bianca existing shouldn't have been reason enough to take him off the table. If anything it could've made for an even more interesting romance! OK, I didn't view Bianca that way, though a lot of people did. She made *one* remark, right after she'd had to come clean AND it was clear Varric was mad at her. And that was the end of their very brief and scarce time together. I'd have made the same threat  Of course, my preference is for women with attitude and who can swap insults, obviously  Oh me too!! Give me all the feisty womens!!! Oh it's the whole relationship for me. The way she treats him. The guy has been pining for 10+ years. It just feels like she's stringing him along. She should have definitively ended it and refused to contact him any longer. I don't get from her that she has strong feelings for him, not the way he does for her. I don't know. I haven't played that quest more than twice so my memory's not the greatest on it. But she definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Then again, she was probably one of the most hyped characters! |

As I recall, BSN Prime was rather infamous for doing that. I'm not sure I've ever typed an response and only the quoted text went through before. Usually, I have a forum shut down/lose connection when I'm just about to finish a post. Though on BSN, my big problem was some odd combo of hitting the backspace and having it go to another page of the forum, losing what I'd typed |

I never got the feeling that Bianca was stringing Varric along, I thought she cared for him, but I also felt she was more concerned with pleasing her family than being with Varric. If they DO bring her and Varric back it would be better if they ended the relationship so that Varric can move on and meet someone else...or get together with Cassandra...cause I sense some kind of thing between the two of them. |

I've seen you post in several threads but never really *looked* at your avatar until right now, but just out of the corner of my eye I thought it was some kind of fat slug man, lol. Even more OT, I went to your profile to see if maybe the picture was a bit bigger there, and noticed we share a birthday, haha. Anyway! Back on topic, I don't have any super strong opinions about Bianca, other than that she way *way* different than what I expected, honestly. Even after reading the comics, I thought she'd be more... like Isabella, I guess? A little more free-spirited and sassy, a little less concerned with Dwarven tradition. I think I was just let down by how little chemistry there seemed to be between her and Varric. I think my reaction the first time I played was "*That's* Bianca? ...Oh, ok, I guess." I was expecting something a little more like an angsty tragic love story, considering that's how Varric portrayed it for two games. |

I dislike Fenris x Isabela, Carver x Merrill, Bull x Dorian, Sera x Dagna, and now Varric x Bianca. It's like I see chemistry in all the wrong places, Isabela x Bethany, Sebastian x Fenris, Nathaniel x Anders, or Cassandra x Varric, for example. That said I am a diehard Aveline x Donnic fan but then again who isn't |

He's too prone to poking sensitive spots and she's very defensive/emotional underneath her shell. But yeah, I don't much care for him in Inquisition. I would have preferred a different returning companion or a new one entirely. I know the red lyrium was unfinished business for him, but overall he felt way less connected to the story than everyone else. |
