Chris L'Etoile is an IP-lore-helper dude on "Wizards of The Coast" which I have no clue what it is. It's some multi-entertainment DnD style brand with many sub-categories and I think they make video games too.
Drew is back at BioWare somewhere working on an unnanounced game which could be the new IP.
Patrick Weekes is Lead Writer on DA4 with Alexis Kennedy (new guy) as his second-in-command I think.
Mac Walters is a hack, currently done ruining Mass Effect for good after running out of prior BioWare material he can rip off.
Mike Laidlaw is still Creative Director for Dragon Age.
Luke Kristjanson helped doing nothing except making a very Citadel DLC-humor character Liam in Andromeda.
Aaand that's it.

Of the writers only Luke and Mac and Mac wasn't very involved in the writing. John Dombrow and Ann Lemay also had hands in ME3. Same with the new Lead Writer (who also is untalented) Cathleen Rosaert who wrote Kaidan in ME3. Joel Macmillan used to be lead cinematic animator previously. Mike Gamble is still producer and has been since ME2 DLC. A lot of important guys are missing. Preston Watamaniuk is working on new IP. Casey is gone. L'Etoile, Drew, Mike, Patrick are all working on other stuff. Basically it's all new blood except Mac and Mike... and Luke and some assisting hands from the other studios to finish the game before it launched. |

I don't think just having the people that made the first Mass Effect game together means the project they make will be good. I have seen plenty of content made by former BioWare folks and its "okay", I think the standout would be The Banner Saga, but even then it still didn't grab me like the first Mass Effect game. Heck, I think Drew's work on The Old Republic shows that he alone doesn't have the golden touch to make magic out of garbage.
The other thing is a lot of people that worked for BioWare left the gaming industry all together, so bringing them back would be a challenge to say the least.
