A couple of nights ago, I started hosting a Gold match as the N7 Shadow Infiltrator on White vs. Cerberus. Because I like to hack down Phantoms with a flaming sword, OK?
I am joined by a guy playing, jeez, I don't even remember. Human Engineer maybe? He spend the bulk of the match in the far corner of White (opposite corner from the LZ, where one of the Escorts ends) getting trapped by the ammo box there and killed repeatedly. I would try to revive him when I could, but a lot of times I couldn't safely get there and he bled out.
The guy stayed in the game so I assume he needed the credits. And he got to watch me at work... and I'm probably the slowest and worst N7 Shadow player imaginable.
Now the few times that OtherGuy was upright, I'd pretty much ignore him and do my Shadow thing. Cloak, look for purple (= Phantom) or yellow (= Dragoon), and Shadow Strike it. Repeat while still under Cloak (Bonus Power on the N7 Shadow is de rigeur). Then run away with Adrenaline Module IV. I honestly had no idea what OtherGuy was doing at any give time, because the N7 Shadow is not a combo-er the way I play her. Electric Slash, feh!
Anyway we eventually finish the match. *Clearly* not one of my better gameplay on display.
And I get the following message on XBL:
[OtherGuy]: Cheat much?
Me: What are you talking about? <-- I'm very confused!
[OtherGuy]: lol best of the best!!! ya steal kills
Well if that guy wants to make fun of my Best of the Best banner, I admit it, I'm pretty scrubby and I only got that banner by GRINDING IT OUT THE WAY GOD INTENDED. If he wants to make fun of my shoddy N7 Shadow play then I cop to that to.
But 'steal kills'? I honestly have no idea what he was talking about. I guess there might have been times I Shadow Struck something he was shooting?
Also he apparently hated it so much that he spent the entire 45 minute match just waiting to send me a snarky message when it was over.
So there you have it, I'm a cheater and a kill stealer (according to some random on XBL).

The "some random on XBL" has been attributed to innumerable dipshitisms.
I remember being kick-voted and accused of cheating just because my HDept top scored in a GiP vs Reapers. When I inquired WTF...I told there's "no way" I could have scored points that fast without cheating.
Yeah...it's normally a real struggle for an experienced HDept to put up numbers vs Reapers. HAX!

Hahaha, my typo about the Adrenaline Modules makes this story even better.
TBH when he accused me of cheating I figured he was going to ask how I could stay Cloaked after Shadow Strike, not knowing about Bonus Power, maybe. But 'kill stealing', really? EVEN IF 'kill stealing' were a thing anyone cared about, IT'S NOT CHEATING!

I got the same kinda thing all the time. At first I entertained it by allowing them to continue with their inane ramblings about "kill stealing", laugh to myself, tell a few friends, laugh with them etc...then I got bored with it, and just started replying with, "dry your eyes", "GOML", "L2P M8", "Suh brah? Ya hangnin wit da biG D", et al. Then it just became, "lol" followed by a block. That2fase (nightmancometh/kaizer soju now?) stood out, because not only was he extra trash at the game in general, the next day he said some similar nonsense to Caincereighis, who then put him on YouTube. It was a double whammy of a piece of dog shit being pushed into a cunt. Marvellous. There were many laughs to be had. So yeah, any shit you get via message, just block it after you leave a snarky love note. They get so mad  |

I had a That2Fase message long ago where he told me that reading BSN made me gay. I replied that it was 2015 (at the time) and so being gay was A-OK.

But in the current situation with this random guy accusing me of cheating? I was more bemused than anything else. I didn't block him because I kind of hope to run into him again and DELIBERATELY 'kill steal' from him.

I was playing the GI with a hurricane (which is pretty douchey in a gold game I admit) with some randoms. One of them was trying to snipe up on the ramp on giant. After about wave 3 or 4 he left and he sent me a message that read "glitch much" i dont know what he meant by it.

Yes, JRandall, bonus power on Shadow is nice with fast enough cooldown for two Strikes. Though you get the tac-cloak dmg bonus only for the first Strike, you fly around the map so much faster.
