Question for those that successfully romanced Cora

I am in the process of trying to start her romance and I need help. So I finished her loyalty mission, the asari ark and the dialogue afterward even implied I'm on the right path. According to the Internet I should get the Duty calls or "Come see me" email afterward, but nowhere does it say how long I have to wait or if anything else must be done. I did 3 quick side missions to see if it would trigger but nothing...

Do I have to advance the story? Which I'm avoiding for a while to start doing side quest, but I don't want to invest any more time into this playthrough only to find out my file is bugged and I'm screwed over with the Cora romance
