Go to Strike Teams menu item (in the bottom menu). Make sure you are on the Missions tab. Completed Missions show up with a checkmark. Tap on the mission circle and you see the debrief.

Shutting down the phone and restarting fixed that issue for me.

Just restarting the app often works as well. Clicking the notification to debrief almost never seems to work.

I delivered a Pizza and all I got was a lousy backpack.

I am on Android, but I notice that the second or third time I go into the app it will run slowly for whatever reason, including appearing not to work when I tap a completed mission (or sometimes not even updating the mission screen).

Instead of restarting my phone I will just force stop the app. Sometimes I just do it preemptively after ordering the missions.

I have been consistently unable to do debriefs while logged into MEA on my PC. And able to do so while logged out. I can't help but wonder if that's intentional.
