I have been playing with the Female Human Soldier and I must say it can be quite a potent character. I am trying to determine what would be a great build for it, mainly in regard to Turbocharge. I plan on using either the Cyclone or Revenant to take full advantage of Turbocharge and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions regarding which upgrades would be best.
So far I have spec'd for Damage and Rate of Fire which seem to work well, yet I am curious how beneficial the gun accuracy and stability evolutions will be.

I currently use the Turian Soldier (Nade, Fortify, Turbo Charge) with a Thokin assault rifle (Rank 7). I speced it for Duration, Damage, Mag size (Since Thokin has enough RoF as it is).
It chews up Hydras, Berserkers, Nullifiers - well pretty much anything - REAL good, on Gold.
Just not alot of points in it, with all the Asari Adepts self-detonating all over the place.

I'm also curious what people are taking for the final evolution - clip size + ROF or just the huge clip size. I'm having a hard time picking. I use mostly Charger X and Vanquisher I (Don't have many uncommons or rares). The bigger clip size seems useful for the Vanquisher, but I'm hoping to get a nice AR to use it with, so assuming ROF will be handy there?
Decisions, decisions...

What are the options again at ranks 4 and 5? I know for 6 I always pick more damage plus clip size. I don't take duration at rank 4. Protip, take the rank 6 Debuff evo in the combat passives too, it's awesome on the human soldiers.

Why did you decide against the duration at rank 4?

I agree with you and I can confirm reload speed is a much better choice.

Why did you decide against the duration at rank 4? I prefer the extra damage (or whatever it is) for just about everything. Easier to one-clip stuff on Gold with a decent gun. And something like the Thokin can one-clip three weaker dudes IIRC. The duration I would prefer on a gun with a huge mag akin to the old Typhoon, so something like the Soned.

I'm thinking the extra stability and accuracy will help with headshotting in full auto at a distance. Now I just need some proper weapons to test it out with. The Charger is OK with it. With incendiary ammo it melts stuff in Silver, which is enough for me for now.

The cyclone is outclassed in every way by the Hurricane. Damage and rof will help groups, four soldiers with the debuff evo and rapid fire weapons will melt through waves rather quickly, even on gold, but accuracy and stability actually provide better dps long term, provided your aim is good.
