Currently there is no way to edit PCC's and mesh files inside ME2, however, you can swap out other armours in game on your FemShep and add casual outfits.
One of my favourites is the Morinth Outfit in White There is a link to how to get this onto your femshep
here .
Adding casual outfits to Shepard, either gender, requires you to edit your Coalescd files by using the
Coalescd Utility . Note: This project is scheduled to be removed so grab it and save it somewhere safe. You also need the ME2ini Fix, which I have a granted copy of in
my own ini tweak. (file download on description page).
You also need a copy of Notepad++ to edit the files
