Hello once again everyone!
I have had a few people in games as me what boxes you should buy first, is it worth it really to just save up and get the Premium packs for 100k credits?
This is my answer:
As we know, every item can be "leveled up" to a certain level (i.e. Black Widow I - Black Widow X) and once you have the item maxed, it is impossible to get it anymore. That being said, my personal preference and opinion is to spam the basic boxes (costing 5k credits ea) to level up all the base gear, characters, and weapon mods to their max, completely ridding them of the potential of getting these in the Premium packs.
Also, mods for weapons have a huge impact on builds and assist greatly with damage output and survival.
So, my opinion is this: Bottom line, start from the lower packs, get everything in that pack to max, and then work your way up.
Of course, splurge every once in a while and hope for something lucky (In the three premium packs I have opened, I got the Black Widow Sniper Rifle (arguably the best sniper in the game) and the Kineticist (which I have had a load of fun with) both of these are Ultra-Rare (N7).
