That nova should not be a detonator? They didn't even buff the damage to make it a good stand alone power.

Most scrubs just spam Dark Channel or Charge into sync-kill, except for the BSN l33t crew no one use Nova as detonator.

A bunch of powers that were never considered OP have been severely nerfed with no reason on Andromeda and so did their skill trees to further injury. I really don't get it. How sad it was when I found leveling nova all the way to level 6 gives you the choice to... turn it into a default initial ME3 nova. It doesn't even take in account how worse it is when you add the fact that 1 - the only way to recover that barrier is through charge, which has a higher cooldown 2 - on top of bigger cooldowns there's no bonus for equiping low weight equipment.
What possible advantage can you get with nova depleting barrier? The whole point was because we used to have a single cooldown for all powers.

Don't forget that now you choose shields or armor damage when we used to just get both if we wanted damage.
