I'm trying to get a settlement on Kandara, but the list of things to do to get it is stuck on "Work with Reyes"
I joined him in this place, in which he used some explosives, and haven't seen him since.
What to do?

Did you go talk to him at the Tartarus in the Slums of Kadara? Do you have any emails from him or vidcalls?

I've read all the email, and haven't gotten any vidcalls. He's not in Tartarus as far as I could see. No indicator where to go.

If there's more, maybe try doing the other parts and it might trigger his next part. I'm honestly not sure what's going on. I have the outpost, but the only time he was ever not there in the Tartarus room for me was right before the last mission and it's story pertinent. Not sure what's going on.  |

The navpoint is a blue exclamation mark instead of the usual "yellow." He should still be at tartarus in the back room.

Yeah, I got stuck there too. Fortunately I still had another quest that pointed me to him. He's in that back room when you first get to the slums.
