Seriously. The class setup is pretty good, but it's not even close to havoc soldier from 3. I really want this fixed, not sure how everyone else feels about it though.

Who cares about soldier then we dont have ghost I liked the ghost more as well, but they haven't added that yet and thus haven't screwed it up yet. I'm just trying to vent about the havoc that they did screw up.  |

Anyone can consider that hovering in mid air is a bad idea, regardless of the amount of damage resistance they get while doing so, if spec'ed for it. |

I don't know which MEA Havoc Soldier you guys are playing, but she can hover for days, and even gets Damage Reduction for doing it, which is both retarded and awesome. And you don't have to be 20 feet in the air either. Just hoving 2 inches off the ground qualifies as "airborne".
While hovering, she maintains momentum. Put on a Cyclone AR with Cryo Ammo, jump up into the air for a bombing run, throw your Incinerates and your Flak Cannons, unload your magazine, hit Turbo Charge, unload more magazine, freeze all the things, then as you are just overhead, hit your melee button to divebomb and shatter the frozen things.
It's gimmicky, sure, but it's a fun gimmick, and more engaging than ME3's Tech Charge and Crutch Packs.

I have no issue with how the class itself plays, I'm just ranting about the fact that it isn't actually a havoc soldier. The lack of stim boost and havoc strike make it more akin to a generic turian soldier than a havoc soldier. |
