I have the same problem. No marked spots on any of the planets for the quest. I also already picked up the one from the buried cave in Havarl. My quest is also set on "find more memory triggers", and is not on hold. I've also done all of Garson's investigation, talked to Tann, and woken up Scott. I have wasted so much time searching for the stupid memory triggers. I have gone over every single trigger on Havarl, and recognize all the triggers that I read about in a guide online. I'm half tempted to just forward the story, and pretend the damn quest doesn't exist. It's either that or loading a save from before I started The journey to Meridian quest.

I am glad to see I am not the only one with this issue. Same as above, this is where I am at: - Yes, I have finished the storyline completely and am now just exploring to quell the completionist in me and finish all side quests. Not required, but you must have completed the "Hunting the Archon" mission.
- I have all planets to 100% Viability and fully explored, but no quest icons appear on those planets even with the mission actively tracked. Again not actually required, though to get all the triggers, you may have done this anyway.
- Currently it says "Search for memory triggers that will unlock SAM's array" with a white progress bar under it. The progress bar looks like it is almost full. You simply haven't got all the Memory Triggers, if this bar isn.t full, that's your only problem, You only get the Orange Symbol when landed on the right planet, not from orbit (At least for the last one, if not all)
Here is my progress thus far with the mission as stated in the mission log: - Find a way to remove SAM's memory blocks
- Optional: Visit your sibling in Hyperion's cryo bay
- Investigate Alec's logs in his quarters on the Hyperion
- Speak with Director Tann about the "benefactor"
- Investigate the Nexus records about Jien Garson's death
- Investigate the Nexus Apartment where Jien Garson was found dead
- Scan the room for clues
- Continue scanning the room for more information
- Investigate the hidden room
- Speak with Garson's VI display in the Nexus Cultural Exchange
I have tried walkthroughs to no avail, as currently all published information is incomplete and very vague. I sure wish that our log gave us a specific tracking of exactly what triggers are left and what are left to find. There are a LOT of triggers, and I am convinced they are NOT all on the 4 worlds and Nexus. There HAS to be someplace else. You appear to have done everything, except get that last memory trigger For those with all triggers and in need of a further hint, Key progression fact missing. from the mission tracker (The "Must find a way", solution).
Your sibling must wake up, which won't happen until "hunting the Archon" is complete, and the Priority Op changes to,"The Journey to Meridian". You talk to them, then the go to SAM Node prompt, should appear in the tracker.
EDIT: I forgot to mention - the text of my mission now reads as follows: A mysterious individual is involved with the Andromeda Initiative: a "benefactor." Investigate this person further while you continue searching for memory triggers.

Thanks for the info, but for me there was no memory trigger. I visited all planets and went to the surface. As I stated a few times already in this thread I even followed a walk-through and went to all of the locations of triggers. None were there. Quite simply put, I screwed myself by finishing the main story before doing this all the way through. By completing the story, I have completely changed all of what is available on planets as far as missions go, so only by doing what I am doing now, which is playing through a second time, will I be able to see what comes from this mission.
On my first play-through - sibling was obviously awake. You cannot complete the story without her waking up, because she is a part of the final mission. I also definitely had the trigger from the quarters. All audio logs were unlocked and listened to except for the final one.
For me, though, my solution is limited to what I am doing now - playing through a second time. This time, however, I am keeping a notepad record of every interaction I take that has anything in the least to do with this mission, including talking to Lexi on my ship after each memory.

I think I discovered my problem and it may help others here. I started a new playthrough and went to SAM after each set of three memory triggers. Now my progress is On Hold. In my previous playthrough I collected four memory triggers before going back to SAM one time. I got to the fourth memory and nothing. I got a white bar that looked almost full, missing just one more memory trigger, even though I had collected them all. Apparently you have to go to SAM after each time you collect exactly three triggers.

This must just be bugged for some people, maybe depending on platfrom? I'm playing on xbox, and my 1st playthrough I did everything and completed all memories before I did the last mission. The second plathrough I just finished yesterday, I only collected a bunch of memory triggers and did the whole Jien Garson side bit well after completing the main story. Also, I gathered all memories before speaking to Sam at Sam node, and I watched all memories one right after the next, I never went every three. In short, no bugs or difficulties and I always have quest markers for it as well. I think this is just something else that needs a patch?

Actually ... after this last patch ... until i am done with this second play-through i hope they DON'T patch it. That last patch fixed the banter bug for some ... and broke it for me when it was working for me before the patch. Gods only know I don't want this mission to break on me during a play-through that I might actually be able to finish it. Especially on insane mode LOL.

I've collected all the memory triggers (I even went back to every location and verified that I didn't miss any), unlocked 5 memory sequences, but the quest status still shows "Keep searching for memory triggers". I said "screw this", watched the resolution of the quest on YouTube and went on with Journey to Meridian mission.

That's pretty much where I stand. On this play-through I am going back to SAM between each and every planet I clear. Trying to keep this mission so that I complete everything as soon as it is available to me on it. If it screws up again, I'll also be just watching it on YouTube. This mission ending is literally the only thing in the game I haven't discovered for myself yet LOL.

Mine is not on hold. it says to go look for triggers, but those triggers nowhere to be found, even whilst following a walk-through video step by step. Did you talk to your SAM on the Hyperion about the last trigger you found? Oh, and did you watch all the videos in your father's apartment to the memory triggers you had previously unlocked?

There's another element to it. Twin has to wake up. That's triggered by advancing the main quest. So it's collect triggers, listen to audio, wait for the twin to wake. Possibly the Jien Garson murder and the mysterious benefactor line on the side, but I'm not sure about that.

Hey, I haven't read the whole thread, but I had trouble with this quest as well and eventually found the problem, so I thought I'd share:
I had done almost every single quest in the game and still needed one more trigger, but no memories appeared on any map on any planet, so I gave up. Then, I did one of my final remaining quests "Know Your Enemy", and after doing part of it on Eos, a new memory trigger suddenly appeared nearby.
So apparently the quest is bound to other quests. Wish it told you that. Does this help anyone?
