Something I've always wondered...
Let's say I'm carrying two weapons on a kit; a SMG with a power magnifier and a pistol with different mods.
Do I get the power damage bonus only when I'm using the SMG? Or do I also get the power damage bonus when using the pistol, just because I have the other weapon with me?

IIRC only what weapon you have out at the time, nothing applies from your holstered weapon.
