A warning to players about uncommon drops and message to bioware that uncommons aren't dropping.

Could care less to be honest. I know for a fact the RNG is broken this time around......I have only played 15 MP matches...all of them on bronze..and I have only purchased the 5K basic packs and guess what?... I have unlocked 20 of the 26 total characters.  Keep it up Bioware. 

There are six pieces of equipment and I'm pretty sure they dont have levels. Go look at them in the store.

The juggy shield specifically says Juggy Shield 1-- which means there could be upgrades up to X (equipment in me3mp went to 5 if i remember correctly)

If level I is +75% melee damage, and there are more levels, I wonder what level V is.

Umm, I'm hoping to hell the gear can be leveled up. 150 percent melee increase and 10 percent shields at level one? Seriously would anyone be pissed off if we could level that? If brain dead easy to get mission funds and you can spend them any way you want. I don't get the problem here.

Commons drop about one or two per pack in basic packs. It seemed to me that mods dropped more commonly after weapon and character level cards finished. A friend reported about the same luck with silver mods as well. Weapons then characters then mods have maxed within there specific pack level. Occasionally I was getting a silver drop in basic packs and a gold drop in advanced packs.
