Lets not make the Kett worse than they are - they are ONE unit (The Acendant) that is a problem due to the plot armor and sync kills.
If that was toned down (Give him real shields, that get lowered/disabled if his orb is destroyed) the Kett would be just as easy as the two other forces.

Actualy Outlaws and Remmants are pretty much the same difficulty for me. I've been doing gold against them without too much trouble. Kett is another different story: they are much, much harder. I consider them to be harder then Collectors in ME3.
So, OP you are right.

I agree. Played my first two gold games today against Outlaw (before the lousy server went down). Extracted both times. On Silver/Kett, that doesn't happen all the time.

I fail bronze kett regularly. But I looked at this post and took a level 10 Human Sentinal into a gold match and extracted.
I think the problem is a little of both, Outlaw gold probably needs to be a little harder, but the kett need to be nerfed at the lower levels. The ascendant's shields need a longer delay for recharge. And the fiend needs it's sync kill taken away.

Wave 6 upload vs kett is almost unplayable on higher difficulties. If upload wasn't so aids maybe i'd play kett sometimes but with the way upload are now and the way fiends and ascendants operate, no thanks.
