Hi everyone,
using this agumentation the description tells it gives "Streams of electricity" on weapons. But what good is that for ? Simply more weapon damage ? I'm looking for something good agains shields. Thanks!

If this is the Augmentation that I assume it is, it will chew through shields. It will turn your weapon into an alternate version of the Reegar Carbine.

If it's anything like the beam augmentation, it will destroy your weapon's damage for a pretty SFX.

Well, for example, I just crafted 2 Ishas, one beam one vanilla. The regular Isharay did like 80% of a Kett grunt's life in damage. The beam Isharay barely did 20%.
It's more than a little mind blowing how badly the beam augment mangles weapon damage. I think the way it is supposed to be used is on weapons that can't hit the broad side of a barn and turn them into OK medium range guns due to the beam's accuracy, but you lose so much damage when it comes to unloading on something that comes up to you.
P.S. Yeah, the Tesla also obliterates the damage.
The seeking plasma seems to preserve the damage, but the weapon no longer headshots.
