Cora must really hate me for...

clearly that means you are duty bound to sweep her off her feet and provide as much comfort and affection as humanly possible. I for one welcome this burden.

The Pathfinder got to choose. And in the end, Cora does make peace with it, if you continue through her story arc.

Indeed, I mean I like them, but they aren't flawless (in fact they are the ones always scheming behind everyones back! Worse than the Salarians who are hampered by their short lives!)

Not to mention that they are breaking laws they themselves make and that they have SQUANDERED technology and knowledge that no other race had (that beacon on Thessia)...if they had given that half as much attention (beyong hoarding it and using it to stay just ahead of everybody else technologically (!) instead of doing the Matriarch Aethyta thing and building their own Mass Relays (especially after the Conduit was found, which was a fucking miniature relay damned and probably way easier to study than the big ones which are hard to crack open!)) as the humans have given the Mars archives then they would have fucking known about the Reapers before they actually showed up on the galaxies doorstep (hell: They were squandering what little time Shepard gives the galaxy by first destroying Sovereign and later the Alpha Relay!)...IMHO the Asari need to be thrown off their high horse (they should lose their council seat for a few decades (a few years is not enough, the Asari are so long lived that a year or two is NOTHING to them!) because they, as the unofficial leaders of the council endangered the whole galaxy (the Turians and humans at least tried to do something - even if that were only token efforts! - and the Salarians, well they too should lose their seat (they after all stay out of the war if you do help the Krogan...except for STG who are more practically minded than most other organisations in the Galaxy!))

As for Cora: Yeah, she would not have been the best Pathfinder...would she have grown with the role? Maybe...sad fact is: She feels more at home among Asari than among any of the other species (even humans - who tend to fear her strong biotics!) and that's why she's not a good representative of humanity (she makes a good second in command, but I don't know if she'd make a great pathfinder, hell she told my Ryder that she's glad it's not her and that she would not make a great one! Especially once you tear her hero down, she would throw away the Asari Pathfinder replacement because she dissapointed her (didn't live up to her hero-worship!)...I myself didn't go that far (the replacement of the replacement didn't look fit, so I defended her choice (sure: She should not have lied, but in the she was IMHO right to do what she did! Why would you not sacrifice a single life for valuable star charts if the survival of many more people might depend on those?)
