N7 Piranha is back with 8 shots/clip and still OP :)

Depends, the Hurricane is really nice - Black Widow does less damage than some of the other snipers (Including the Widow), but has a 3 round mag etc.

They are not always the go-to weapon though. So YMMV.

The piranha is my only UR weapon for now. I'm sure the other UR's are good..hopefully

Piranha is fun. Black Widow is a good UR too.
Piranha can be great on an Asari Duelist because you hop around and charge, melee, shotgun, repeat.

Curious to see how it is with a Turian Havoc for example. They can boost their shooting speed....combine that with a Piranha haha.

I only use the Piranha on gun characters.  The cool down hit is so massive.  For all my asaris, I tend to use a pistol so I can spam my powers.

But BSN told me that all shotguns were trash?!

Yeah, ive been saying from day 1 that the piranha wrecks face. Congrats on unlocking it man.

Tried it with the Turian Soldier last night. OMG. Hydra down in one Turbo duration. Ascendant might take two, depending on whether the orb orbit works out for you. Destroyer takes forever. Krogan Berserkers simply need to run away when they see my Turian Soldier with my Piranha. I mean, I feel sorry for them. One turbo duration and they're down. I did have consummables and the mods on. I'm glad to see the ME3 platinum speed run gun of choice will be continuing that role once Andromeda brings on platinum. Took my lvl 4 TS into gold and was tearing up the map. With the TS, it seems even more powerful than in ME3 with the TS.

With Turbo, you can spec it so that you get extended clip during turbo. I spec'd out one of the extended clip and when I turbo'd, it put 11 rounds in the clip. I believe lvl 6 turbo can increase it to an even more insane clip size. I went for accuracy for lvl 6 turbo.

Anyone else sad that hurricane had its sound changed?

is the piranha that good? i have it at 1 and on silver it really doesn't seem as effective as my talon (admittedly at level 2). i should use it on more gun focused classes as others have said, maybe i'll have a better experience.

that's pretty much what i've been doing, equalizer (4) or talon (2) on my powers focused classes.  sometimes i prefer the talon because i feel i can get rid of trash mobs more quickly/reliably and then focus on bigger baddies/objectives, etc.  talon also seems to punch through armor faster/easier but that may not be fact.

Isn't disciple a very good shotgun now?
