Just want to get an idea of how people are building the vanilla human adept. Mine's still on rank I (yeah thanks useless rng store... meanwhile human soldier on VII which I don't give a **** about ), though level 20 - currently got 5 ranks in singularity and shockwave for recharge speed, 4 ranks in pull for radius, 5 in passive for recharge speed and combo detonations and 2 points in fitness. I'm using a raptor II and Juggernaut Shield. Surprisingly the raptor isn't half bad on gold even at rank II. Looking for ideas on how to spec with the extra points once getting it to rank X. The shield recharge on melee at rank 5 fitness looks fantastic, but rank 4 fitness looks like a waste of points. Passive rank 6 looks good either way but does the power damage increase biotic combo damage? Singularity looks best for expanding to twice the radius. Shockwave rank 6 looks awful so I'm going to leave it at rank 5. Pull rank 6 could be useful if taking shield recharge on hold, and provides synergy with melee recharging shields in fitness - you can grab mooks to you to recharge 10-30% of your barrier then melee them for more barrier? I dunno - anyone with maxxed out adept able to comment? Not sure overall whether to go Singularity 5, Pull 6, Shockwave 5, Passive 5, Fitness 5 - seems weird but the rank 5 choices are too nice in some cases to skip. Potentially could leave Pull at rank 4 and use the points to max the passive or even fitness.
