Missing one ship model in my quarters

So, finished the game and did a victory lap of the ship, when I noticed that what I thought was my last ship model (the Destiny Ascension) was in fact not. I'm missing one on the large shelf in the top left, right above the Normandy.

Anyone know which one it is, and preferably where I can get it as well?
