Are there even any other "Tech Constructs" besides the Assault Turret?

So many skills buff "Tech constructs" but that seems to be literally the only tech construct in the game so what's the deal there?  I don't have the "unknown" tech power yet, so, no spoilers please, but is that another tech construct?

I don't think Barricade counts asone.  only the turret actually says "Counts as a tech construct".
