PC Games Network has spotted that BioWare will be attending GaymerX this year.

I'm pleased to see their attendance (and expected it) but given the MEA marketing embargo until 'later', it'll be interesting to see how they can attend a discussion panel (which they usually do candidly) and also not give anything away. The choice of which BioWare personnel attend will also be interesting.

One of their best panels 'Freaking Out The Neighbours'
also gives some interesting, and reasonable, insight into BioWare's interaction with fans online, as well as a host of other topics.

They could always just talk about their past games mostly and just be vague about future games saying things like how they'll continue to strive for more in the future. I do wonder if they'll touch on having characters or orientations they haven't had officially, like say asexual or demisexual. Gaider mentioned those at a talk a while ago, but I can't recall if he was with Bioware or on his own speaking as an individual.
As for panelists, I'll bet money Patrick Weekes will be there. Karen Weekes most likely as well.

Those are good questions and points.
I expect whoever attends will work really hard not to spoil MEA - though I hope they drop some (sanctioned or non-sanctioned) teases...

I really don't think so. I think that they're going to keep their mouths shut until the other two games launch, as to not crush them beneath the weight of ME. Or at least the weight of every site out there running a story on ME. ME is a huge franchise. This is prolly at the expense of using EA's marketing/PR people. Which is a small price to pay.

i really like pathfinder's setting but i REALLY don't like how focused on min/maxing the rules are. it's designed from the ground up by and for min/maxer's and autists. the rest of us normies have to play on crayon eater difficulty just to hit a target.

Probably they will talk about Kaidan, Steve, Samantha, Liara, Dorian and Sera again and how important it is for Bioware and EA that they add gay characters. Maybe this time they should only on the Homepage tell us he is male only and she is only for female but in the Story the romance begins slowly and naturaly. I do not want that the only male Option wears Pink clothing or similar.
At the end it is possible that they show a short and First look on a New squad mate.

I am going but can't attend Sun. Hopefully GaymerX will record and post the videos on YouTube. They've been good about that in the past. I wish I could see the fans v creators and the creating LGBTQIA characters panels. I will be attending his panel on video games and tabletop games and David Gaider's panel about his time at Bioware.
