Especially if you are a student or have limited income. This game isn't cheap.
ME:A is unacceptable in this state. They better patch the f*ck out of it, soon, to stop these crashes.
It really pisses me off when they try to make every little thing a micro-transaction. Yet, when the game crashes you loose your consumables THAT YOU PAID FOR!
It is theft, albeit "death by a thousand cuts" but theft nevertheless. If you found a way to get packs for free, think you wouldn't be banned or kicked off XBL, PSN, Steam permanently?
And if it were another product, their would be numerous requests for a refund and the inevitable class action lawsuit for releasing a defective product.
But as gamers, we are suppose to just take it I guess.

Grind gold with friends.. you get a bunch of stuff quick. I know you have friends.
The disconnects probably won't stop.. and I don't think Biower can do anything about it. I think it has more to do with the lolEA servers than Biower's netcode.

It's crazy to me that you are having all the disconnect issues on XB1. I've had it happen twice in about 15 hours of gameplay. Have you tried clearing your cache (a.k.a. hard reset) and making sure you don't have a lot of other apps running in the background? It is a Microsoft product after all, so hard reboots are necessary from time to time.
Have you noticed a pattern at all?

I rebooted my router and hard reset both Xboxes that Wifey and I play on a few days ago.. haven't had a disconnect since. Other people I play with have though.. like.. just about all of them. It's a real problem.

Maybe it is due to more people getting the game, I don't know. I'm more pissed in principle, you know? It's not like a Beta or some Kickstarter game. This was released by EA and Bioware. $40 million, 5 years, etc. Not some team of college kids trying to get their start. It really feels like they phoned this game in. Almost like the MW2 to MW3 fiasco. I never pre-ordered a game after that.

People don't really buy packs for consumables lol, they want weapons, characters, mods etc.
The game is far from perfect of course, the MP just needs a lot balance changes and the single player needs some fixes. Personally I haven't experienced any crashes myself, but no game will ever be free of them. ME3 had the same problem with crashes and losing credits.

I did traceroutes, snooped packets with Wireshark, etc., etc. Any other game is fine. I'm playing off-peak hours. I have 100/50 internet or pretty close to that. My network and ISP are fine. I even dropped my firewall to test, no difference. The only thing I can think of at the moment is if memory serves, you and Mega are down South. I'm up near NYC. Could be a location or population density issue, I don't know at this point. But I have a friend at work who is also an Engineer and when we tried to play he got the same thing.

I don't think it feels phoned in at all. It's a huge game.. there's going to be shit fucked up with it. That's just how games are these days. The only company that releases products that are actually finished is Blizzard. Everyone else sells you an almost finished product that gets finished via patches in the 3-6 months after release. It is what it is. This is the state of gaming today.. and one of the reasons I don't buy a lot of games.
I feel the new Doom was a finished product when I got my hands on it. That game kicked ass..

Some of the stuff in SP is laughable. I dunno. Maybe we are showing our age. I just don't remember games coming out like this. So....unpolished. I agree 100%, DOOM was awesome. Last game I bought.

You know what this almost reminds me of now?
Remember when Destiny first came out, it would get stuck in the loading screen forever.
It almost seems like that. But a crash instead.

This was released by EA and Bioware. $40 million, 5 years, etc. Not some team of college kids trying to get their start. Actually, $40M isn't too impressive for an AAA title in 2017. For reference, Watch_Dogs, a much worse game, cost $68M just to develop. GTAV, the absolute king, set Rockstar back a whopping $137M. And tell me GTA Online doesn't have issues? EA commissioned this project to Bioware Team B, with some help from Bioware Team C -to the chagrin of SWTOR players everywhere- for what amounts to a pittance in this industry. They got what they paid for. We... got burned. Live and learn, I guess.

Holy shit I know, right?? Lots of reasons why I never got into Destiny, that was one of them. If memory serves, it was something about the servers getting overwhelmed with players. Maybe that is the problem now. Their servers cannot handle the new load (insert joke here). It almost seemed the 10 hour early trial release was more stable. Maybe since there weren't as many players? Who knows. But it is frustrating as hell. It really takes away motivation to play.

Could be a location or population density issue, I don't know at this point. But I have a friend at work who is also an Engineer and when we tried to play he got the same thing. The problem exists in Europe and other parts of the world too and across all platforms. So I assume it's something on Bioware's EA's end that needs to be checked.
