I don't really know what name I'll use for male Ryder. Maybe Tiberius or something, a science fiction reference of some kind.

To be honest I hate the name and all the puns that come with it. Especially after that 'Riders in the sky' trailer. Yeah, well it seemed like a good and badass idea back then, like a cool metaphor. I never thought that they were so literal with it.

Personally, I use my name for the first character and react on the fly for first playthrough. I meta game the best results in second playthrough with a name I come up during my 1st PT that I lIke a lot and fits the theme. Possibly a pure renegade PT with a bad a** name on a 3rd playthrough for sh*ts and giggles.
2 male and one female Ryder.

That's what I did in the trilogy. I honestly didn't remember my character's first name half the time unless I was loading up a game. Shepard was burned into my brain. Lol.

Since first names are probably not going to be heard...there just there for save data purposes. That being said, Male Ryder will more then likely be Andrew (big surprise I know) Female Ryder I haven't decided yet. In DA and ME I've gone with Ashley, so I'm probably leading towards that. Those will likely be my canon names... or Rey (yes, from Force Awakens).

I'm not quite sure for now... For ME 1-2-3 I had Jade and Nathan. Respectively names came from Beyond Good & Evil and Uncharted. But this time I have no particular name I like for my characters. It will depend on the kind of character I want to make. Maybe I'll go for River for the female Ryder (I love River Song from Doctor Who) but I have no idea for the male. Most of the male characters of the last show/games I've seen/played are quite boring, or simply I don't like them.
