So far I unlocked:
Juggernaut Shield
Thermal Clip Storage
Has anyone unlocked any other gear?
Reason I ask is the two pieces of gear mentioned above were invisible until I hit the requirement amount of mission funds.
So potential more can be there but I'm just not seeing them since my MF are too low.
Anybody else see something new?

They show up in the store regardless of funds, they were only activated with the recent update with the krogan character.
Those are the only 2 atm.

Check the "Collections" bit in the Prestige menu. There's a tab for gear. IIRC there's only six or eight.

i'd like to know what kind of item is the Charger Submachine gun, what packs to buy to unlock it

At the bottom is a sort function.
The default is "all" ... if you click on it, you can sort by rarity ... it goes in ascending order.
The first sort after "all" is "common" ... you will find the charger in that sort.
The rarity is color coded, but using the sort function is much more efficient.
