The Game Informer article appears to be click-bait in the sense that there appear to be no actual facts backing up the story:

But if Titanfall 2 did delay, would that disrupt MEA's launch and make a push-back mandatory?

It would depend on how much of a delay that Titanfall 2 would have, if it was pushed back to same rough area that ME:A is currently slated in (the 3rd quarter) then MAYBE I could see EA delaying ME:A so that EA is not competing with itself and possibly hurting the sales on two high profile video game franchises and that is assuming that EA releases both games on the same day, which I find personally extremely unlikely, but you never know.

If Titanfall 2 was pushed back after the 3rd quarter then I would say no, unless there is a major problem with ME:A.

Extremely unlikely. They got a plan, they try to stick to the plan. They wont completely re-work another games plan just because another one failed it's release date. Keep in mind that could result in all manner of stuff like re-doing cert if it's long enough. Sides the whole NDA related stuff with marketting (reason we aren't hearing shit about MEA) is up when it's up. So even if it would get pushed back a week or 2 (at most) we'd still be getting the marketing at the same general time frame.

I doubt it, one game getting delayed doesn't effect the other releases of a company.

Well, they would probably want each game to get the least interference possible from the sales of their other games in order to maximize profit.

That would make sense if Titanfall wouldn't launch one week before BF1. EA itself wants to kill this game by the looks of it.

This is a really difficult question to answer without know the actual numbers but, according to Wikipedia via a Forbes article, ME3 sold 3.5M during its first month. Titanfail, sorry, 'fall, sold just under a million in its first month according to Polygon. I really, really doubt they're going to push back a highly anticipated game for a silver-placer.
