Doesnt it show up on the loadout screen, at the bottom of the little where it shows how many Cobra, revive, ammo and medigels you have overall/equipped?

I knew, that I've seen yesterday, that I've 16 Respec Cards.
Can't remember. In one of the tabs where you could browse through the weapons, characters, items, etc.
I did filter by common items and found it by accident.
