Automatic Fire System Augmentation Missing

I've been looking and asking all over the place and it appears it's no where to be found in the game. I cross checked a couple of credible and reliable game sites and they all stated that it's there. It's a general augmentation and when I went to the game'still general store I saw all of the listed augmentation except for that one.

Does anyone know if you get the augmentation at any point and where/when do you come across it?
