How much can be modded in Frostbite?

Um, no sorry. The modding scene in DAI is down to clothing and hair. They just can't do much more. In fact, DLC won't work with some of the hair mods. So if clothes and hair aren't high on the list . . .

I remember when they first announced the move to this engine, there was a lot of complaints about the lack of possible meaningful mods with it.
It was a big deal back then, because the Bioware fandom have a tendency to mod since the days of good old Baldur's Gate

Yes the engine is a pain to mod. Bethesda at least lets you mod to your hearts content

And I believe the reason they won't release any modding tools is,

NOW IF YOU WANT DIFFERENT ARMOR OR WEAPONS YOU MUST BUY THEIR ARMOR AND WEAPON DLC, and believe me they probably already have it made and ready for release just waiting that acceptable 2-4 months

BioWare has traditionally been quite aware that fans like to customize their appearance, alter the game, make additions, etc. EA never has. Yes, there have been add-on DLCs, (that never go down in price) along with some alternate clothing and weapons - sometimes via some exclusive deal with a soda company or something. But for the most part EA has never shown much interest, that I'm aware of, to embrace the modding community. Nor have they paid any attention to user requests and complaints for more customizable options in their games, which could have easily been monetized in some fashion. I guess they are making sufficient money from game sales and the stupid RNG packs in MP, or just outright blind to users, which is typical management behavior and oversight.

Guys, I discovered a video (link at the bottom of this post) showing an earlier, and IMO better looking, Default Sara face, which apparently was patched out and replaced with what we have now.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to reinstate this face via one of the .ini files or another mod?

Wow, she looks much better....must have been before the order to make all the women look like week old refried ass came down from the SJW leadership.

You can keep the default name in convos with a custom look.

Well ive posted on the nexus forums about this original default Sara but havent had a reply yet...I will keep going until i get an answer either way.
