To my surprise, they seem to drop out of the 5k packs not too irregularly (which is what I have mostly been buying)
I have 5 of both revive and injury kits, but still just 2 of the cobras and TC packs .. boo

Just eyeballing it I'm gonna say about 50 boosters and: 109 Ammo Pack, 54 Cobra, 75 First Aid (= Ops), 25 Revive (= Medigel).
I never have enough Ammo for my liking and it doesn't drop often enough because it's getting drowned out by crap I don't care about.
Edit: buying mostly Basic packs up until last night when I maxed my commons and started on the 20K packs.

I think by the time I was done with the trial I had 5/5/5/5, they dropped out of the 5k packs pretty quick.

Strangely enough...I have no idea. Probably 5/5/5/5. I just use them. I dunno what my capacity is in game, I don't even look.
When I can't get up off the ground, then I conclude I have 0 Medigel left.
As for supply, I have:
84 Ammo
67 Cobra
48 First Aid
58 Revive.
