Guys which talent tree ( or maybe a combination of both ) would you focus on as melee Asari,
Throw or Lance? and how would you distribute the points in it?
P.S.
I already got 6,6,6 in the others.

Well throw has a BE detonation enhancement in rank 6, so personally I would make sure to prioritize getting that

It can depend on how you want to build, but for myself playing multiple Asari as melee on gold, I usually forgo Lance, and leave it at 1. It's a good power and all, but throw can be arc'ed around cover ext and the evolutions on Lance dont look that great, especially as damage is fairly small.
If you have an offensive passive for biotic explosion damage / rds (like Asari Adept) then you will want to put Throw's rank 6 to Biotic Explosion as well. -this will give you probably the best combos possible and I've found it very noticeable to effectiveness.
Lastly, leaving Lance at 1 does not hurt your BE's as it appears so far that BE's damage is static, not affected by power ranks ext, only evolution that specifically say so.
This has worked very well for me, and I do love that double throw, but if they have a 2nd passive for BE's, then i always go with double that.
