I have lost 3 pre-order bonus XP boosts from multiplayer games that crashed to the dashboard on wave 6 and 7.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR RELEASING A GAME THAT HARD CRASHES ON CONSOLES.
If you guys are not a complete scumbag company, you will refund every consumable lost at your fault.
If you can't keep track of that, then you better give everyone some in game supplies as an apology for programming like a bunch of monkeys.
