Playing as a Human Infiltrator with about 400 hours of playtime in ME3 MP, I have to say it's pretty outrageous how a fully upgraded sticky Grenade can't kill grunts on Silver. I have yet to unlock any Rare or higher Sniper Rifle, but I can say the ones I've tried are frustratingly weak, and with moving targets, 15 rounds on a Raptor III is not enough. Al

Buy the extra ammo gear with Mission points or whatever they're called, and if you want more grenades use the extra grenade consumables. Otherwise.. keep hitting up those ammo boxes.
