Hi good folks,
I was wondering if there are the priority targeting spots on the bosses save for the Ascendant Orb like there were in ME3MP?
with Ascendant Orb, can it only be hit when it is orbiting in front of the shield? And is it vulnerable to any type of attacks in particular?
Which enemies sync kill, how they are primed, and what are the tactics for Melee with low level Death Wish?
Thank you!

Destroyers you can take out the turrets/when the centre opens it takes more damange. I'm unsure but hydras take more damage from behind (don't we all)....but I tend to just headbutt those into next week Unsure on other bosses

Hydras have a tank on the back (that you can actually hit from the front - it sticks up)
Hydras also have a targeting sensor on the front. Shot it to disable missile tracking.

Thanks, guys. Hydras was actually what I was wondering about as I scooped all over its front searching for any hints of stuff like on Atlas.
What about the huge armoured beasties? I can't remember the name.

Fiends have what look like scars on their sides.
Also, I think area attacks can destroy the ascendant's orb too.

I have only been synced killed by the ascendant (very sneaky bastards) but the fiend can do it for sure, not sure who else can sync kill.

I was, of course, sync-killed by both, and so far nobody else. But i am starting a Vanguard as soon as Adept is done, so if there is a creature capable of a sync kill, I would find it in a hurry. :) I just hoped to get heads-up, lol. I am sure Hydra does, seeing how it is so much like Atlas. And, yup, I know most people just don't have the predisposition to experience a sync by Atlas.

Oh and a nice little change form me3mp they will sync kill you even if you have been downed and are waiting for a team mate to raise you. Or at least bubble boy will do so.

I always imagine the: "Chill out, hot-shot" comments, and that's probably a charitably sanitized version.

The hydra can grab you, but it doesn't necessarily kill you, it just does a lot of damage, and even if it does you can still be revived. Krogan type tanks can reliably survive it's attack with full defense easily, even on gold, though you have to have a lot of defense to do so.
The fiend has two variations, Although I have no idea how it chooses, one is instant death, the other isn't
