Which Rage options are you all choosing?
I'm curious whether the health regeneration during rage is worth giving up the added melee damage. I assume the added melee damage at rank 4 outweighs the +15% Health and Shield and minor resist boost.
Rank 6 seems pretty obvious to go with the auto rage option. Anyone tried the ally one and notice a difference?
Charge:
You going extra damage/force at rank 4 or radius?
At rank 6 anyone tried the recharge option? Bastion seemed so OP I have always used it.

I use Resilience, Regeneration, Berserker on all my krogans.
For charge I use damage and force/Bastion.

@penguin
Have you tried skipping resilience and regeneration?
I plan to try it but I'm curious if the added survivability is "that" noticeable vs. the crazy melee boost.

Charge: I use radius because the damage is so pitiful a few extra % don't change much. Charge and shoot or charge and melee. With radius it knocks back a few mooks if you charge into a group. I go radius on most (not all) powers actually although that was more useful in ME3MP than in MEAMP. I also go for recharge speed instead or Bastion. Tried bastion but honestly... keeping the cooldown as low as possible you can pretty much charge all the time so no need for extra protection and if everything fails there is still saving barrier...

I kept thinking the recharge might be super nice on charge. I'll have to try it and see if I notice the 50% less shield gain as too much of a loss. The resistance is just a bonus anyway. The only times I feel threatened as a vanguard are when I'm stuck in the open just waiting for charge to recharge. Good reasoning for radius. I've tried both and don't really notice an impactful difference.

@penguin Have you tried skipping resilience and regeneration? I plan to try it but I'm curious if the added survivability is "that" noticeable vs. the crazy melee boost. Regeneration is all the difference in the world. Especially on the vanguard. You have 3-4x more health than shields, so being able to regenerate to over 40% doubles the amount of damage you can take between charges if you make a mistake, and they happen. You con't have to fear dying when your shields drop because you have lots of health, and losing it doesn't carry over, unlike other classes where losing half your health early leaves you vulnerable later. A Huge factor is that your health can keep regenerating as long as you have shields over top, meaning when you are charging around and the enemies aren't dropping your shields between charges you are constantly regenerating your health for emergencies. The 65% max melee boost is not significant enough on it's own to warrant losing so much durability over the course of a game Resilience is nice, but far less vital, and the 50% melee it competes with is good for krogan who regenerate shields through other sources, the vanguard makes the best use of it.

Regen is must have on gold or you'll be hiding all the time letting the other troops get the kills.
One day you may be called upon to solo as well
