Right now i'm missing "only" the uncommon mods, but i think by the end of this week i should be able to have them all; so after that should i start buying expert or premium packs?

I think the consensus is pretty much to buy the Expert Packs w/ credits, but if you spend real money on Packs, then go for Premium.

If you still need to obtain a high amount of rare items to complete your manifest, you are better off buying Expert Packs. This way you can always buy one after each game and you will stockpile more consumables for gold games in the long run.

I spent several days buying just Expert packs, and only got one UR. I've spent the last three days buying Premium packs and gotten at least one ultra rare every day. The Premium pack description says it has a higher chance for URs.. and even if you miss on the URs you still get two rares.
I'm solidly on the Premium pack train.
