Who killed Jien Garson? Who are the Benefactors? What happened to the Quarian Ark? The game leaves some questions open. We're expecting them to be answered in DLC, or even the next game. But how about the upcoming (comic) books? First of all. Forbes asked Michael Gable about the mysteries. Note that he mentions the metastory of the 'MEA saga'. Now let's see what's coming up in other media outside the game. Mass Effect: Discovery #1 (comic, May 24th)A first look by Polygon showed that the story is about Tiran Kandros, who is in the game. Mass Effect: Discovery #2 (comic, June 18th)In Nexus Uprising Kandros is mentioned as a security officer that is highly trusted by Sloane Kelly. In the game he doesn't seem to have a double agenda. But does he? Does he know about the Benefactor? The novelsAnd then there are the novels published by Titan Books, of which the first ( Nexus Uprising) is already out there. On of them is called Annihilation and will be out this summer, but was earlier titled as Lost Ark. And the only 'lost Ark' we know about after the game, is the Quarian one. Might the answers about the Quarian Ark be in this book? Please speculate with me.

ME:A had some interesting quests (IE: Ryder Family) but it would appear that things I am more intrigued by are left to the books/comics.
I'm thinking that the 2nd book will be about that other ark. The third might cover some things about the overall Kett Empire and/or "Remnant" Jaardan? Civilization.
