The shock-wubs don't even shake the fucking screen any more.
How can any of us be expected to troll teammates with Venom/shock-wubs if the wubs don't wub the screen? Now there's no point in wubbing with the Wubmaster.

Lol. I get the point.
Just like biotic explosion... they kinda feel weak compared to older one in terms of 'feeling'.
All that said, I think shock wave is better than ME3 MP in terms of crowd control & anti-armor tool.
ME3MP Human Adept was godly in right hand... but in MEAMP human adept is only good at team synerge & crowd control due to all power being nerfed and missing warp... so don`t expect MEAMP human adept to ever be nearly as effective as ME3MA human adept.

I for one am glad that people can't shake the screen for no damage while making us miss black widow or now vanquisher shots. Instead of missing due to screen shake, now we lose shots to giant fat ass Krogans and other melee characters getting in the way. I've had games where it felt like I lost 1/3 of my shots into the back of teammates. |

My fav class so far is the asari adept so I have been using it a lot. If you are upset at shockwave no longer being troll enough I find that a well placed Singularity is boffo at blinding team mates, especially snipers.

My primary Vanguard is a 66166 build with just one point into Shockwave, but I am currently leveling up my other Vanguard with both Seismic Nova and Lifting Shockwave. It has been fun to charge into a group, use anti-shield Nova to strip shields and lift up enemies. Then, I cast Shockwave to launch them even further and detonate a biotic explosion.
Two downsides is that this combo (on Gold) doesn't always kills the enemies (buff those 6-6 combo detonations!). And, if they aren't blown off the map, they might still be alive and I have to target them again with Charge.
It's useful blowing away those Outlaw and Kett dogs that like to charge into the upload circles. If only the cooldown was shorter so I could spam it like in ME3MP.
While it might not be as effective, as a 66166 build, it is fun. And isn't that the point of this game?

Oh, I didn't realize shockwave was still busted on PC. My bad. It's a very (X-Box) effective detonator with the radius evo in ME3MP, including cryo and incendiary ammo.

Ah, those were the times. Shockwave, spamming nades (especially from the destroyer, it sounded like all the plates in the kitchen just fell off from a 10 floor building), the Venom, the Scorpion... It was the ultimate trolling for snipers. I always felt a tiny bit bad when I only equipped the Scorpion.
