A buddy of mine mentioned an article he read somewhere about power combos in Andromeda. Apparently no matter how many points are allocated in your primer and detonator... the game applies a 1+1 combo. This would make so much sense, as the combos in this game are incredibly weak compared to ME3. Not sure if this is a bug or something overlooked in development, but it's unfortunate either way.
