ARs, Shotguns and pistols do way too low dmg.

Everyone ends up using snipers because its the only thing viable and vanquisher is king due to high dmg high fire rate and 4 bullets in the clip.

I'm guessing they didn't do a lot of balancing and testing if everyone ends up using the same gun after 2 weeks.

That and if you got a Claymore and was good at headshotting with it, slapping it on the Salarian Inf at the time was pretty good(or if you were good at headshotting in general, the Claymore RIP'd things usually, but missing was deadly sometimes). Most Infs just Widow'd things to death. At the time I preferred messing around on Soldiers(Marksman in particular), melee kits and Novaguarding while hosting.

I have come to rely pretty heavy on powers, what concerns me is when they run the stats like they used to post in ME3, they look at the weapons and kits being used the most and sometimes those get the nerf, players cry out, they get a buff....no always but balancing was quite frustrating. I must say having crap weapons and I have unlocked most takes a lot of fun out of the game as it becomes downright frustrating.

Snipers are the only guns in an acceptable state, with a rare gun which isn't a sniper rifle every now and then doing okay-ish.

Charger's probably the most solid gun in the game right now since it's only a Common but it's usable even in Gold.
Meanwhile, the Katana and Avenger are a thing...
