Most of my commons are at X now except several of the weapon mods. The problem is that basic and advanced packs no longer give me commons. WTF? Does anyone have the same issue? Or know how to fix this?

what weapon mods? some weapon mods are uncommon and rare. There's only 2 types of common weapon mods afaik.

I think all receiver mods are uncommon. I have maxed out all of the bronze mods and there are only two in each weapon class. For example Pistol only have melee and scope as its bronze class weapon mods.
