My first Gold Solo: Salarian Operator, Outlaw, Magma

Nice run. The operator is allright. Looking forward to the build video. Not sure how to optimally spec invasion, been going for recharge but I don't know if the spread perks are good. I feel like the clear time you got kinda shows my main issue with the operator though, i feel like whenever I play him the clear times are generally slower than with many other classes and I get a lot less points than I normally would with someone like the insurgent, krogan merc, avenger or asari adept for example (not that I think the krogan merc would be great for soloing). Not a criticism of your run, I just feel he has some issues outputting enough damage and while invasion is nice for bigger enemies it's on such a long cooldown that it feels like a waste to use it when big armored enemies aren't around. And while shield boost is nice if I wanna use shield boost the insurgent is tankier. Maybe your build video can convince me otherwise but he feels slightly undertuned to me at the moment considering his n7 status.

Currently running flamethrower 4.a damage, 5.b burn, 6b heat. My justification for heat is that it's nice for groups of enemies, allows you to flame 3-4 enemies safely and it helps your team a bit on objective waves by debuffing enemy damage. I honestly found the damage against armor with 6a armor to be very lackluster and that it was better to just flame for 1 second to apply the burn dot (and when they take dot damage the blinding heat kicks in) and then shoot them with my gun, better dps than pure flaming, so I figured  I get a bit more value out of heat overall in that case. 

fortify: 1 point, I usually put it on anyway though, I like the damage reduction.

Flak cannon: 4a damage, 5b stunning, 6a flak. Rank 6 flak makes the blast radius very large. Combined with rank 6 stunning you get a very large 2 second aoe stun, which is nice since it seems to stun anything except the heaviest units. Berserkers will get stunned, well at least 50% of the time. Damage isn't too bad either, seems to take off 50% of gold red bar enemy health if you land direct hits. So basically a large aoe stun with some ok aoe damage, sets up groups of enemies nicely to get flamed, or you could spam a couple of shells at a spawn to sort of nuke it. I tried speccing for anti armor and shredder but wasn't a huge fan. Does provice a bit of extra dps against armor but I like the stun more personally, for the shredder perk I found that enemies will often die before it really has time to do much.

Munitions training: 4.b power, 5.a melee synergy, 6 b preciscion. If you like using automatics 6a is good, I use talon a lot and then it's less good. Unless the game counts every pellet in a round as a shot but I don't know if it does. Constant +20 critical damage is nice though and the other perk only really matters against larger enemies while + 20 crits works against any target.

Rage: 4.a resilience, 5.a regen, 6a berserker. You could go melee on rank 4 if you want but I don't enjoy the melee builds that much in this.

I'll say impressive when it's against kett or them laser whores. Outlaw are basically sitting ducks, which is why we are all pwning them hard. Nice run though. 🙄
