"Banter bug" or do conversations on Tempest and between squadmates only happen once?

So I've played over 60 hours already and now suddenly everyone stopped talking. No conversations on the Tempest anymore. No chatter between squadmates inside the nomad or when walking around the planet...nothing. Just some monolog from my team here and there but thats it.

Can or SHOULD conversations repeat occassionally or is it a bug that they do no longer talk with each other?

It really sucks because now it's gone so quiet :/
