Ui issues

Is there a way to move the Ui further up the screen? I am playing on a large TV and I find myself struggling to see the hud because they are far down the TV. This especially sucks when I'm trying to see which power is available and i have to have a quick glance at the bottom of the screen which sometimes tends to screw me over. The same with consumables too it's to the far bottom left

I've tried going through the options to look for some type of safe border setting but I can't seem to find any options for it
