Cannot Play MEAMP on PS4 - Crash - Error Code CE-34788-0

Hoping someone here might know what the problem is and how to fix it.
When first installed MEA on PS4 I had no problems overall, with the odd disconnect from EA servers. Last weekend though, appr Sunday March 26th, this all changed. When trying to play MP it would start loading but before it could there PS4 would CTD with the above error code. One day all was good, then boom, unable to play MEAMP at all. SP still works fine, but have had the odd CTD in SP too. It's MEAMP that's the problem. I can play Start Trek Online with no connection issue. Also, I have MEA on XB1 and it is totally stable (lol I ended buying it on XB1 once it started being a problem on PS4, I love the MEAMP..).
PS4 says OS 4.50 is installed, and that's the latest version that I know of. For fixes I have tried initializing the system, reinstalling games, even did a "rebuild database" from safe mode. Nothing seems to be working.
Anyone else have this problem and manage to fix it? Note: I am using LAN cable, although wireless was working fine too (tested).
