Hello,
I bought some premium packs the other day and got no rares in it. (Used Credits) They looked like a Basic pack. I recorded it the next time with my cell phone just to see if it was a fluke and posted it to Answers HQ. I bought the minimum Andromeda Points to test a theory then and got a rare weapon, halberd something. I thought maybe it was a glitch because I don't own all the weapons, mods, or characters ( I have a lot) but not all by any stretch. I recorded it again this time using a game recording software. I am wondering if this is tied to you using real money Vs in-game money?

Yeah, someone reported this already: bsn.boards.net/thread/6105/beware-premium-glitch-glitched-resolvedTechnically level III consumables are "rares", and level IV are UR. It's bullshit that you're getting either if your rare unlocks aren't maxed, though. Probably a glitch, probably won't be acknowledged, and if we're really, really lucky, it'll be the target of a stealth fix. |

From 20k pack u can get only 1 item (and u will allways get it unless u maxed all uncommons). And sometimes u get this item (it can be even rare) + lvl III consumable. So up to 2 rare items from 20k pack. No way 20k packs is designed to be equal to 100k packs. |

Happens to me all the time... Once you got all rares you should atleast get x3 the amount of consumeables from them so its atleast partially worth it 😑

Yeah, I started the initial thread about this.
As already said, Level III Consumables are Rare, and Level IV Consumables are Ultra-Rare.
Also a Character Respec card is considered Rare, even though you receive them in packs that do not contain Rares.

I opened up a glitch report with EA Support; spoke with 2 Support techs who couldn't explain it. My Problem was listed as 'Resolved' without any correspondence from EA. I re-opened it with EA after chatting again with a EA Support tech. One week later after zero reply or any form of correspondence the case is reported as 'Closed'.
EA asked me to forward the following to all gamers who have any future issue with the MEA Store:
"DROP DEAD! ,.... and thanks suckers!!!"
