Who else has this annoying ass issue? I'm already sick of this tbh. Tried to send a Strike team all week to complete the kett-krogan thing mission and the game keeps losing connection.
This also happens at random with other missions, but this one in particular is impossible to complete that way.
Ever since they released the game I have been suffering this garbage. Would be nice if they fixed things already.

I'm getting disconnects and crashes if i try to play apex stuff in mp. The game hung up twice when claiming a strike mission reward. It also likes to hang when there seems to be a disconnect to the server (yes outside of mp).

I have nearly a 100% disconnect/too glitchy to play rate on Apex missions. I also had the same problem as the OP with the Something's gone Berserk mission where I trying to send Strike teams would cause me to disconnect from multiplayer. I didn't work with the mobile app either.

I get freezes only when the mission is complete and I look at the result, then about 1/3 of the time the screen locks up on the award screen and you have to get out of the game totally.
