Sorry for the clickbait style title.
But I can't find anywhere of any devs from BW interacting with anyone about some of people's concerns in the game. I searched Twitter, Google, FB... I don't social media much so it could be hiding in plain sight. Anyone see the likes of anything even resembling a "yea, we're working on it"?

I talked to the producer just yesterday. Pretty sure theres bug fixes in the works for april 4th aswell, dont recall where i read that though.. You have to keep in mind that this sort of thing is often not allowed to be discussed because of the fallout if the bug cant be fixed entirely (see missile glitching) and because ea is a publicly traded company so theres limitations what the devs can even say under contract. |

the mouse acceleration is really annoying in this game. I could say its #1 on my list of all the annoying things. Plus the reload issue. But i bet they have no plans to give us an option to remove mouse acceleration, since they never did in the previous ME titles. While other companies like id software,dice,epic games, blizzard gives us nice raw mouse inputs seems like BW has no clue about it still.

Twitter is the best place for up-to-date infos, yes.
I wouldn't go so far as to call it "Active Communication" with the community, but it's better than nothing. Definitely better than what their collegues at Bioware Austin are doing for SW:TOR players.
